About Me

I have been teaching Yoga since 1978 and regularly visit the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India to further my studies and to practise under the guidance of the Iyengar family.

As a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (Senior Level 3), I offer regular daily Iyengar Yoga classes in Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch (see Class Schedule) and teach at local and regional workshops for students and teachers.

I am an Assessor and Acting Moderator for the Iyengar Yoga Association [IYA (UK)].
